Can we start from the beginning of syllabus for sep attempt and is their any chances of clearing it??

Yes ofc you can clear You still have 2 months i.e. 60 day appro. Utilize it fully And also focus more on law and economics if your theory subject is weak And if practical subject is weak then focus on accounts and maths
