I think only mentioned resident and senior/super senior no talks about type of residential status whether ror or rnor in intermediate book don't know what's actual may be discussed in final to greater extent

No they won't get the benefits for example if a super senior citizen is resident then he will have no tax until income of 5L but if he is non resident then he will not be able to get any benefit unlike in the case of resident. Though he would be given an option to opt either 115bac or alternative regime.
