Firstly 50,000 is exercised so accordingly Face value is 10 so share capital amt will be credited by 5, and rest 20 rupees is premium so security premium will be credited by 10 Employees were given share at 20 so bank dr by 50,000 *20 And last in bracket which is current liability which o/s ESOP shares , lekin ab jab company ne de Diya 50,000 shares toh utne se liability kam ho gayi I think this is the explainantion , if I m wrong pls correct me
