There is no problem if you don't want to do b.com , but subject as management and others helps in Ca inter or ca final which will help you to improve your knowledge and practice.... But if you can't manage both thing or not in mood to do so you can do CA without B.com .... As it passing criteria is less some of students can't pass in ca foundation then side way and regular degree helps in to not waste your year
