Actually it's bcz 10 L of rent which is of different amenities is to be considered separately under the head other sources and for this purpose total rent of 40 lacs shall be divided into ratio of 30 lacs and 10 lacs and their incidental expenses will also be divided into that ratio .. Becz of 10L pertains to diff amenities soo u have to include only related things that's the reason they have taken 3/4
