For Inter , can I write only one group after registering for both ? Is there any problem , Or any compulsion to attempt both !

No such compulsion, U can appear as per Ur wish . But if U appear for a particular group U have to attend all three papers

No it's not compulsory to attend both groups you can give any group according to your preparation while filling exam form you have to select group which u want to give registration is done for both it not done individually
