Revaluation reserve isn't a free reserve We only take equity capital, free reserves and securities premium account balances Thats why 620000 is reduced from total resources of 4900000

  3. Harsh · 22 Apr 2025

6,20,000 ko add kyun nahi kiya ?

  4. Ishita · 22 Apr 2025

Idk why they have give 78000 But according to me this is

  5. Ishita · 22 Apr 2025

See the equity capital is 30 lacs resources would be 49 lakh - 620000 which would be 42 lakh 80000 that is 42 lakh divided by 2 that would be 21 lakh does the maximum equity which can be buyback a number of shares would be 30 lakh + 4280000 - 21 lakh which would amount to 5180000 dividing it by 40 because it would be Rs 10 for original share and RS 30 for the new buyback price so it would come to 129500 equity shares the amount of equity that can be by back would be 129500*30 which would be 3885000

  6. Harsh · 22 Apr 2025

But answer mein 78,000 hai and total amount 38,85,000 hai

  7. Ishita · 22 Apr 2025
