Look both option b and d are crct for Q.3 and if u get these sort of Q's in exams then mostly you'll be rewarded grace marks

The option d. In Q.3 is also to be included as part of the answe but Sometimes uk they smoke extra weed while preparing Questions. can't help with that!!

Yeahh..... I get this but in mcq 3 it clearly stated that storage cost is necessary part of the production process and for the same question it is given the correct answer is B but if you see the exclusions which is given in the module the correct answer should also include D. and in the fourth question it is stated identify which is incorrect so if storage cost which is necessary part of production process is included inventory valuation, it is the correct statement and as the right answer for the 4th question is option B. so both ans are not complying and is confusing

It's confusing because we have a statement in mind that storage cost occurs only after production,whereas it is not true. In some manufacturing or processing of a product the storage cost is used as a part of the production for eg: In preparation of wine or pickels - they are stored in a container for fermentation.Here the storage cost is occured before the completion of the product and so it shall be included. Whereas in the production of shirts or smartphones the storage cost occurs only after the production i.e when kept for sales. So in that case we just avoid adding that into production cost

Administrative overhead are used for over all office expenses like salaries rent etc... If question specify administrative overhead are included in bringing present location and condition it should be added
