Hey Piyush! That's an interesting doubt and we all have been there. In case you want to take a leave you are required by the offer letter to submit an application or a leave letter. In case you do not, you might get terminated or have to listen to some criticism and have to keep that in mind for the next time and not make another mistake for some time so that people forget about it.
