It is mandatory for the nominee to withdraw her nomination in one person company if she leaves india permanently???as per companies act of 2013??

Only 2 conditions are required to be a member or nominee in one person company 1. He must be a natural person 2. He must be a indian citizen 3. If he is an Indian resident or not indian resident this conditions or not required as per amendment

Yes, she has to withdraw his nomination but if she stays more than 120 days in India then there will be no withdrawal
