Applicable act :- the partnership act Provisions of types of partners Active partner Sleeping partner Incoming partner Out going partner Outgoing partner remains liable for the 3rd parties for all acts of the firm until public notice of retirement /withdraw etc is given According to the above provisions When A withdrawas from partnership firm and B continues the firm and when A is not yet given notice of withdrawing from firm to his creditors Hence A is also liable when creditors seu him Please let me know if the answer is correct.
