a). Agar koi partner firm transaction sai firm kai name se firm kai conection sai firm ki property sai koi bhi profit earn karta hai then he shall be liable to pay it to the firm b). Agar partner koi business carrie karta same nature ka jika firm ka wo partner for competing with firm then he shall be liable to pay all the profit by him in that business
