See If you are giving both the groups then study simultaneously of both groups together by making proper planning right now then regretting later on. You should complete the whole syllabus of G1 and G2 by June mid to start solving papers for atleast 2 months and so you have to complete audit too before such period and all other subjects. And taking offline or online is not a matter its about the faculty to whom u approach. If you are in jksc then you should go for subjects like - Accounts = Karan Angarkar, Law= Amit Mishra, Direct Tax- Agam Dalal , Indirect Tax- Nitin Nahar, Costing- Mayuresh Sir, Audit= Rohit Shroff, FM=Rahul Danait, SM=Jigar Joshi and if you are taking other classes lectures then I can't help u out
