Invitation of offer is mere a representation of offer made by the offeror to sell or negotiate the price of the things or service. The invitation of offer is not an offer that can be accepted by offree and form a contract. Example: Showroom showcasing items price clothes, the cashier can just reject to customer to sell the items as it's just mere invitation of offer not actual offer made by shopkeeper or cashier
