I have a doubt in 2nd question point no 2 how to find the no of new equity share issued for the arrears of preferred dividend for the past 4 years ?

The percentage of dividend of preference shares multiple with total value of preference share as shown in balance sheet then multiple by 4 to get 4 year arrears dividend. Then the total 4 year arrears dividend divide by face value of equity share to get no. of equity share to be issued. (150000 x 8% x 4 years = 48000 Value of equity share to be issued - 48000 In numbers = 48000)
