Why service by employee to employer in a course of business is not a supply ... because they are related person and within the course of business then why is it no supply and not supply without consid

Employer & Employee is related persons, But the same is cover under schdule-III which states about list of "non-supplies" , Where sr. by employee to employer is in the course/relation of employement then such is not a supply !!!
