Q31. Can someone explain me treatment of "Availed consultancy services from Mr. Sujit,lawyer located in Delhi " Is the gst payable is added first in output liability and then deducted as itc to get net gst liability or when will one can claim itc for such service?

    Itc available on such services but it is to be paid in cash for that month and it will be added to your input ledger

    ITC Cannot be utilised for tax payble under RCM !!! Hence, it is added, but to be paid in cash !
