CA Foundation doubt
Will anyone tell me is writting sections in law ans is mandatory or not ?

No marks will be deducted if you don't write sections.But if you write sections and if it is wrong then marks will be deducted,so write only when you are sure .

Uhm no it's not mandatory at foundation level atleast to write sections, but yeah do try to remember the sections of companies act and for other acts it's upto you.

No it's not mandatory,but if you mention and it is not right then marks will be deducted.
