Total paid share capital is 5 Lakhs from equity share 3/5 th of paid up shares (500,000*3/5=300,000) thn preference share capital is (300,000*20%=60,000) and debentures given is 40,000 balancing figure is reduction of share capital=1,00,000 this balancing figure arises due to the question related to reconstruction of share capital
