Bro If you have other than business income filing form 10iea is not Mandatory I have filled a lot of salaried employees ITR u just simply have to not opt for new regime I guess

I am able to submit 10 iea but it's saying it's after August 1st while submitting itr3, if I give the date where I submitted itr1 ,it's saying date missmatch

You can try filing 10ie if it allows its good if not you need to opt new regime
