Rahim substituted agent hai ek simple logic hai agar kabhi bhi agent appoint kiya hai aur usne kisi expert ko kaam Diya to vo substituted agent hota hai

Rahim is substituted agent which means that he is directly liable to principal because he is assigned with in with approval from principal not by Aziz himself as his sub agent in that case Aziz would be liable as Aziz appointed a sub agent for himself for which he is solemnly liable
