A void contact can not be enforced at all it is illegal and a voidable contact at the option of the aggrieved party ( party at harm) if aggrieved party choose to rescind the contact it becomes void and if not rescinded it becomes a valid contract

A void contact is a contract which is valid when it is made ,but becomes void due to change in circumstances . Proper definition is given in the module . A voidable contract is a contract which is enforced by law at the option of one party (i.e. whose consent was so caused ) , but not at the option of the other party .(Read the definition in the module )
