Lekin wo employees se pehle members hai...isliye i had confusion

Isme yhi hai ki companies act 2013 ke according agar humko public company ko private company mein convert karna hai to usme minimum 2 members and maximum 200 members hone chiye and according to section 2 (68) jo person company ki employment mein hai vo exclude hoynge to parasnath ke case mein 215 mein se 20 members jo hai vo employment mein hai unko exclude krke hmare pass 195 members rh gye Jo maximum limit 200 se below hai to Paras infra height limited ko private mein convert krne k liye members reduce krne ki need nahi hai ...
