You're allowing to apply for the Test. There Is No Issue to apply for Test

Yes, it's required to attend the classes (SPOM). In order to get eligiblity.

Its just a kind of warning. They will check whether you have attended the lecture or not. Nothing to worry about. You should carry on completing your remaining lectures. It will disappear after a few hours.
