All 6 subjects are equally important so focus on all subjects. Somewhere you might find Auditing as a difficult subject if you can grasp properly it's fine ok if not focus on that mainly give that particular subject a different time and environment.

It's depends on your ability and consistency but never try secure only 40 marks, try to get exemption then we get minimum if we try to get only 40 marks it's might be tough .
