In 2 nd questions bill at sight in which the receiver of bill receive bill and accepts bill is taken as date of issue in 1st bill at date bill is issued and date of issue is drawing date of bill

The 1st one is a normal bill that's why the due date is 4. The 2nd one is bill after sight means when the other person will read the bill the period starts from that time that's why the due date is 9th
