Use forest app to manage study time and to reduce screen time and secondly make targets a day before and try to achieve them

Its common for all to get out of track of learning when you are learning continuous from long time...but doing what needs to be done when your not doing to do matters a lot............ remeber bro..... everytime when you keep doing it....you become more deserving for success... you will get close to it
