If company leasing machine for four year at 1250 annual rent ... and we calculate the present value of annuity of this at 14 % interest .... ------ > a = 1250 r = 14 % Then it will be less then 4000 (present value) .... so if we purchase the machine we have pay 4000 and leasing the machine we have pay less then 4000 That mean leasing the machine is beneficial for company
