In case of case law Divide ur ans into 3 section 1. Provisions 2. Facts of the case 3. Conclusion U really don't need to elaborate on everything that is mentioned in the book....rather than mention only those points which are relevant as per the question In case of direct ques....write the answer pointwise not in paragraph And underline all the key words to make it easy for teachers to check In direct ques u can also use flowcharts for a better explanation
