This chapter has a weightage of 0-5% so I guess you can leave it but still you have time then complete it but do it at last first complete other chapters and if you have time then do it

See the indian regulatory framework is of 0-5 marks only and its not that hard, I would recommend to just go through it tomorrow morning only, all the best!!
