It can also bhi assumed that normal loss is on 50,000 units newly introduced because it is not clearly stated that on which units normal loss be calculated So in this case two solution of normal loss 1. Normal loss = 50000units *10% = 5000units OR 2. Normal loss = (10000 + 50000)units *10% = 6000units

In calculting normal loss , 10 per of ( 10000+50000) i.e wip units + new introduced= 6000
