Restrain of trade ka mtlb trade krne se rokna hota hai .for example agar Grover sweets ne apni goodwill kisi aur ko sell ki hai toh woh purane owner pr restrictions daal sakta hai ki aap particular time period ke liye yha pr same nature ka business nhi kr sakte pr time period expire hone ka baad woh continuation of business kr sakta hai
