Time barred means jo specified time ke liye barred ho barred matalb prohibited usko time barred kehte hai

Time barred in law is an expiry of time for performance. If it is more than 3 years and the contract is not performed, it becomes unenforceable by law. Therefore, no suit can be filed against the party.
