Hey, can anyone help me out to knw the ans of companies act, module Q.7 (a) Coz in one of youtube lecture i saw teacher says it should be NO instead of YES

(B) if she maintain her stay in India for 120 year every year then she is not required to withdraw her nomination..she can continue her nomination..

Ok I think you asking about Naveen and navita opc que According to the rules of opc their is one nominee required in the company there provided the conditionss That he or she must be resident of India or stayed in India for not less than 120 days in the preceding financial year So , in the situation (A) Navita the nominee of naveen OPC is leaving India permanently she will not stay in India anymore (120 days in preceding financial year) so, yes she has to withdraw her nomination from the company..... But the teacher saying it 'No' may be the reason that for the first year she leave from India she can be the nominee of company because she stayed in India for 120 days in preceding financial year (last year) ...but further in next years she can not ...
