the breach is happen because of commercial impossibility in contract of sale is treated as condition or warranty? Can you explain?

Treated as a warranty bcuz .. damage due to comercial impossibilities can't make the contract void. (if condition breached contract can becomes void) .So warranty will be right.. If condition it'll be treated as a breach of warranty & only van claim damages :|
