Why is the difference between question number 3 and 6 of the icai module..unit 3....soga!?...can anyone explain!?

In question 3, the goods are unascertained since it is not yet identified out of the large stock, whereas in question 6, the goods are ascertained but some act is remaining to bring the goods in deliverable state this section 21 will be applicable.
