As you are eligible and you want to give the G1 exams in sept24 and only 3 months are left, generally it's not sufficient for getting a proper prep but you must give a try as daily study with a proper managed Schedule may clear your G1 exams. And revision is also must.

Yes you can give, but your registration for CA Inter must be before 1st Jan 2024.

It's prefer to give atleast G1 exams with 6 months or more preparation.. otherwise generally result is not in your favour
