We can add preliminary expenses in other expenses.. there is no compulsion to write it in separate head.

Forfeited shares are reissued so at the time of preparing balance sheet there are no forfeited shares pending reissue. Only those forfeited shares which are pending for reissue will come in balance sheet separately
