Bhale hi seller ne 20 rupee nhi liye pr govt. Ko toh tax dena hoga na .... Is liye usne tax pay kra hai us 20 pr bhi toh 20 pr bhi itc mil jayega and usne 520 ki jgha 500 charge kiye toh value of supply toh 520 hi rhegi....

His actual sales is 500.so he is liable to pay tax on 500 and he purchase juice cans for 20 and claim ITC on its

As he is supplying juice free of cost, this will not be considered as supply, and hence, no gst will be payable on it, and he is purchasing for further supply he can claim itc on it

I forgot to say as per ITC provision any procurement of inputs for business purposes is eligible for ITC

This is concept of mixed supply where sweet along with juice are sold at single price & giving sweet with juice is not in ordinary course of business ( it means supplier usually doesn't offer juice with sweet ,he just wanted to increase turnover so did so.... And if you refer mixed supply definition it states that it is artificially bundled .. I hope you got clear..

I ain't sure about the answer but I guess it is because he is selling at 500,so he can claim ITC at 500 itself If he was selling at 520 then he could claim ITC on that too but here he is charging 500,so he can't claim on additional 20 Again,I ain't sure
