firstly, you don't need to remember all the section numbers, There are certain important section numbers which will definitely be asked in the exam for example S.135 -csr , 68, 69,70 - Buyback, 71 - debentures, etc. Write the section number if you're 100% sure that it is correct

Now don't try to learn the sections Just keep your provision very clear. If now you try doing something new you may end may forgetting what is more important. Not writing section number doesn't affect your ans unless you write wrong section no.
