Correct entry of furniture sold is BANK ACCOUNT. Dr. 150 To furniture account. 150 But they recorded as sale of good it means they recorded the entry Bank account. Dr. 150 To sales account 150 Here second entry was wrong they wrongly credited sales account for cancelling sales account we have make reverse entry ie Sales account. Dr. 150 To bank account. 150 From 1st and 3rd entry bank account get cancelled and new rectified entry is Sales account. Dr. 150 To furniture account. 150
