Valid because agreement doesn't need to full fil the adequate value

Valid,The amount of consideration is agreeable even if it is inadequate when it is done with free consent.

Valid bcuz consideration need not to be adequate. It must not be equal to promise which its is exchanged for. It will be considered bad bargain of party. Contract cannot be void if consideration to contract by free consent is inadequate. But if it is shockingly less and party claims that it was not free consent then this inadequate consideration can be taken as evidence in that case.
