I usally solve BRS using T method, so according to T method , 3 - as the starting balance is credit , add Credit and subtract DEBIT, so when cheque was issued , there was a credit entry in cash book , so as it was not presented, we need to reverse it, hence we give it an debit in order to cancel it and hence it is Subtracted

Bcoz cheque issued was not recorded in passbook so basically it has to be deducted from bank and for no. 6 i am not really sure
