Company rent house property then under which section TDS is deducted because 194I me land and building equipments etc lagta hai house property par nahi lagta or 194lB me company include nahi ha

will be covered under 194 I only. Since it's a company assume that turnover is above 1 cr. if the limit exceeds 2.4L p.a. of rent then deduction at 2% however no tds on municipal taxes
