NPO illustration 12 we should minus actual depreciation from provision right? If not then why?

Same with plant and equipment and furniture and fittings

For example:- building= 16,00,000 less 5% depreciation amounting 80,000 and provision for depreciation is 4,80,000 then in assets building 1600000 -5,60,000 =10,40,000

In this illustration depreciation is done on assets and depreciation amount and provision amount are added and total will be less from real amount
