    Z liability to X is 140000

But if possible X can claim from Y's asset

  4. Tushar · 28 Apr 2024

4/5 of Y's share I.e. 80000 is to be given by both X and Z together. So if X pays whole amount then Z is liable to give his amount i.e. 100000 plus 40000 of Y

    I think x pay 280000 Y pay to x 80000 and z pay to x 100000
