Pehele provision likhne ka...usme section likhne ka aaur as per the section kya hota hai woh likhne ka...phir second fact of case likhne ka usme question mein jo diya hai usko summarize krke likhne ka...phir last mein conclusion likhne ka ki tmhare hisaab se kya hona chahiye according to section👍

There are 3 points that you must consider. First is provision:It must contain the law with section and sub section.you must clearly write the law which is opt to the question. Then case:In this you want to read the question clearly and clearly describe about it. Third you want to give solution according to question with law you written on the top
